Be at least 18 years old. Use the platform for business purposes only (not personal use). Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. Ensure that any users under your business comply with these Terms.
Our AI services include AI automation, AI agents, and digital marketing solutions designed to help businesses streamline operations and enhance customer engagement. Features and services may change at our discretion, and we may provide updates, enhancements, or new functionality.

AI Labs Agency - Cancellation Policy 1. Purpose This policy outlines AI Labs Agency’s terms for canceling services, including required notice, refunds, and data retention. 2. Cancellation Requests Clients may request to cancel their services at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. 3. Billing & Refunds AI Labs Agency operates on a monthly billing cycle. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will stop future charges, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the current billing period. If a client is on a contract, they are responsible for any remaining payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4. Immediate Termination by AI Labs Agency AI Labs Agency reserves the right to cancel a client’s services immediately under the following circumstances: Violation of Terms of Service Non-payment (see Suspension & Grace Period Policy) Abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services 5. Data Retention & Deletion Once an account is canceled, client data will be deleted after 30 days unless an alternative arrangement is requested before cancellation. Clients should download or back up any necessary data before cancellation. 6. Policy Changes AI Labs Agency reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance.. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of the charge.
If payments are not made on time, access to services may be suspended after the grace period defined in AI Labs Agency - Service Suspension & Grace Period Policy 1. Purpose This policy outlines AI Labs Agency’s procedures regarding late payments, service suspension, and account termination due to non-payment. 2. Payment Due Dates & Late Payments All payments for AI Labs Agency services are due on the billing due date stated in the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, the account will enter a 10-day grace period before service suspension. 3. Grace Period AI Labs Agency provides a 10-day grace period after the due date to allow clients to make their payment without service interruption. During this time, clients will receive payment reminders via email, SMS, or other preferred communication channels. If payment is made within the grace period, services will continue without interruption. 4. Service Suspension If payment is not received by the end of the 10-day grace period, AI Labs Agency reserves the right to suspend services immediately. Suspension means the client may lose access to AI chatbot services, automation tools, and other AI Labs Agency features until the outstanding balance is cleared. A late fee of 25% will be applied to overdue accounts. 5. Reactivation & Late Fees To reactivate a suspended account, clients must pay the full outstanding balance, including the 25% late fee. If an account remains unpaid for 30 days after suspension, AI Labs Agency may terminate the account and delete all associated data permanently. 6. Communication & Support Clients experiencing financial difficulties should contact AI Labs Agency before the grace period expires to discuss potential payment arrangements. Support inquiries regarding suspension can be directed to [support email/phone number]. 7. Policy Changes AI Labs Agency reserves the right to update this policy at any time. You may modify or customize the AI system, but doing so voids agency responsibility for functionality. You may resell the AI system in compliance with .You are responsible for ensuring your use of our AI services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must safeguard your login credentials and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
